Naama brings over twenty years of experience in the aerospace industry to her practice at Shibolet. Naama’s work in the defense and aerospace industries has spanned large, traditional multi-national market leaders, as well as disruptive startups in the commercial drone industry and NewSpace startups.
Naama supports her clients with their ongoing commercial activities, leveraging her familiarity with issues common to companies operating in the aerospace and defense industries. Naama also advises and guides her clients through the regulatory framework applicable to these industries, such as global trade compliance, anti-corruption compliance, and foreign investment risk review. Naama takes a hands-on approach, closely cooperating with each client’s multi-disciplined leadership to understand their needs and deliver optimal solutions in a fast-paced, competitive global environment. Naama is recognized a as leading expert on Israel’s export control legislation and helps defense contractors, emerging technology companies, and foreign investors navigate the Israeli control regime.
Naama represented local industry leaders at the Knesset throughout the legislation of Israel’s Defense Export Control Law and regulations, and she has continued to advise the Knesset and to actively participate in export control reform discussions with regulators and legislators throughout the past decade.
